I ordered a couple of items from outerknown and the package showed up on time, which was great. The only issue was that one of the shirts came in the wrong color... the size and everything else were correct, so it wasn’t a huge problem, just kind of frustrating since I know I double checked my order. Customer service did get back to me and helped with the return info, so that part was fine. Overall, it was an okay experience... I just think the order accuracy could be better.

I really like that OuterKnown actually shows what their stuff is made from. I don’t have the patience to dig around or guess before buying clothes, so having it right there makes things way easier. It feels honest, simple, and I wish more clothing sites would just do this already

I really wanted to be excited about Outerknown, but the whole experience ended up being more stressful than I expected. My order took longer to arrive than I thought it would, and by the time it finally showed up, the fit was just kind of off. The quality seems decent, but for the price, I was hoping for something that felt a lot more worth it. Dealing with slow customer service on top of everything just added to the frustration. Not the worst purchase ever, but definitely not something I’d rush to do again.

I ordered a shirt and a pair of shorts from OuterKnown, and overall it was kind of a mixed bag!! The shirt was close to the size chart... maybe a little boxy?? But still totally wearable, so no big deal there. The shorts were where I ran into issues. The waist felt tighter than I expected, and the length didn’t really look like the photos to me. Not awful or anything!!! Just hard to know what size to pick when ordering online. I’d maybe order from them again, but only if the return process stays easy!!

I’ll admit I’m kind of picky when it comes to quality, and this definitely feels really nice. Everything seems well-made and has a solid feel to it. My only gripe is the pricing, I personally wish it was a little more affordable overall, because I’d probably buy more if it were.

It looks fine after washing, but it did shrink a bit. Am I missing something, or is that kind of expected with this material? Overall it’s still wearable, just a little smaller than before.

It always fits about the same for me, which is nice. Makes me wonder why some people act like the sizing is all over the place, because I haven’t really had that issue.

I picked up a hoodie and a pair of shorts from OuterKnown, and they’ve both been really easy to wear. The fabric is super soft, like the kind of stuff you end up reaching for on a lazy Sunday when you’re just making coffee and pretending you’re going to run errands. The fit is relaxed without getting sloppy or overly baggy, which I really appreciate because some casual clothes make me look like I borrowed them from someone much taller. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the shipping took a little longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, but I did check the tracking more times than I’d like to admit. Overall though, I’m happy with the comfort and I’d probably order from them again.

I got the tracking info quickly too, which was a nice surprise. The package arrived in good shape with no weird delays or issues. Overall, it was a super easy order, and I’m mostly just happy with how quick the shipping was.

I checked out Outerknown during a sale the discounts were okay, but not as good as I thought they’d be. The organic cotton and recycled materials were a big reason I decided to order, and everything I got feels solid and made to last. The whole process was easy too, from browsing to ordering. The prices are definitely a bit higher, but I’d rather buy fewer pieces that I’ll actually keep wearing and feel good about

The quality seems fine overall, so I don’t think it’s a bad shirt, but I mainly bought it because of that specific color. Kind of disappointing when that’s the main reason you picked it

Nothing was actually damaged, thankfully, but for the price, I expected the packaging to be a bit nicer. Not a huge deal, really, just not the best first impression.

I ordered from outside the US, the shipping experience was frustrating. It took much longer than I expected, the tracking barely updated, and then I had to pay extra fees when it arrived, which didn’t feel clearly explained at checkout. The shirt itself is decent, but in my opinion, the delivery hassle just isn’t worth it. I probably wouldn’t order internationally from them again.

these jeans still look good even after months of wearing them. The seams feel solid, and they’ve held up better than I expected.
